I recommend avoiding exposure to water (i.e. Swimming & showers), due to the possibility of deterioration of the hemp fibers and crystals. In terms of Sterling Silver pieces, it is normal for metals to tarnish over time. However, this is nothing a jewelry polishing cloth can’t fix!
